Created to provide networking opportunities between the Association members and its Affiliate members.  Affiliated businesses provide services beneficial to the businesses of our REALTOR® members. The committee may be comprised of both REALTOR® members and Affiliate members.

Involving the Washington County Board of REALTORS® in community activities which enhance the image of the REALTOR® and to improve the quality of life in the communities encompassed by the Board jurisdiction. Promotes real estate education and a high level of professionalism in the industry. Responsible for planning and conducting Board sponsored education programs, giving REALTORS® opportunities to gain state required Continuing Education credit for their license and to further their professional education.

Created to protect and promote the interests of real estate property before local legislative bodies, both city and county, and keep Washington County Board of REALTORS® members informed and involved in legislation affecting private property, the real estate industry and their businesses.


A weekly program giving Washington County Board of REALTORS® an opportunity to quickly preview homes new to the market, providing REALTORS® unique & valuable insight into the local market. In addition to the tour, a meeting is held allowing REALTORS® to promote their listings and address needs for their clients.

Created to promote membership growth and retention in the Washington County Board of REALTORS®, as well as orient new members to the privileges and obligations of being a member of a REALTORS® Association.  Works to recognize outstanding members and encourages participation within our Association. 


Overseeing a tool that allows Washington County Board of REALTORS® to learn about and share property listings, supporting the interest of clients & customers. The MLS gives real time property info to the public while promoting efficiency in sharing property details and helping to facilitate cooperative transactions.
