The Washington County Board of REALTORS® will make its office available for Education and Continuing Education Courses, as long as the schedule permits, during regular business hours. Use of Association facilities for education purposes may be scheduled by the members, including Brokerages & Affiliate members, with advanced notice. All CE courses offered by the Association are FREE to active members, with the exception of designation & specialty courses. If there is a cost associated with a course, it will be posted.
When taking CE courses at the Association office, please remember the following:
- Early registration is strongly encouraged, as seating is limited (max attendance is 90).
- Payment (if required) and registration must both be received in order to reserve your seat.
The WCBR encourages education in addition to the required hours set by the Division to improve knowledge of our industry. Agents should keep in mind that there may be a delay when uploading completed CE hours to the Utah Division of Real Estate. Therefore, the Division recommends completing all CE no later than the 15th of the month that your license is set to expire. You will not be able to renew unless all hours have been uploaded to the UtahID renewal system. For questions, please contact the Division at (801) 530-6747 or visit their website at www.realestate.utah.gov.
