The Washington County Board of REALTORS® has direct access to data from the local multiple listing services, as well as insight from our local real estate professionals. That’s why we’re able to give you the most reliable data on the Washington County housing market. These reports include data on New Listings, Closed Sales, Median Sold Price, Days on Market, Percent of List Price, and Total Inventory. If you have questions about these reports, please contact your local REALTOR®.

The following reports represent all MLS-listed residential real estate transactions in the state. The metrics do not include “For Sale by Owner” transactions. They include some but not all new construction. Data is not seasonally adjusted. Data is provided by the Iron County MLS, the Park City MLS, UtahRealEstate.com and the Washington County MLS.
