The Washington County Board of Realtors® welcomes new Real Estate Licensees, Brokers, Appraisers, and Affiliates Partners! Licensees must first go through the Utah Division of Real Estate to activate their licenses and place them with a Realtor®-member broker to be eligible to join the Washington County Board of Realtors®. Once your license is active with a Realtor®-member broker, you have 15 days to join the Board. We look forward to working with you!

APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP

Joining is easy! Select the membership type below and fill out the appropriate form. Once your application has been received, you will receive communication from the WCBR to pay your dues and finalize membership.

REALTOR® MEMBERSHIP

Real Estate licensees who wish to hold Primary OR Secondary Realtor® board & MLS membership. Board members have access to all Board benefits, including Supra Key access.

Realtor® members who (regardless of Primary Board) wish to access our Multiple Listing Service. MLS-only membership requires participation by the principal/branch broker..

UN-LICENSED ASSISTANT

An individual who is un-licensed, but is requesting access to MLS services on behalf of the Realtor® or Brokerage they are employed by. Licensed agents are not eligible for this membership type.

Please Note: If you are transferring from another Board / Association, or applying for “Secondary” membership, you may be asked to provide a
“Dues Waiver” from your Primary Board before we can finalize your membership application. A dues waiver is easy to obtain, simply by
requesting from the membership coodinator at your Primary Board / Association.

A dues waiver tells us that you are a current member in good standing, that all your dues are paid, and whether or not you’ve fulfilled the
Realtor® Code of Ethics requirement..
